When to contact support
Send a note if Prova cannot load your current sprint, a submission or review state looks wrong, Coach loses the active sprint context, or billing access does not match your App Store account.
- Account access or sign-in problems.
- Current sprint, path, or review state looks incorrect.
- A submission is stuck, missing, or tied to the wrong sprint.
- App Store billing, restore, or subscription access needs checking.
What to include
A short, specific report helps us inspect the right account and fix the right workflow.
- The email address you use for Prova.
- Your device and app version if you are using iPhone or iPad.
- The sprint name, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual or state-related.
Account, billing, and privacy
For App Store subscriptions, you can also manage or cancel directly in Apple subscription settings. Prova account, billing, terms, and privacy details remain available below.
