Last updated: April 10, 2026

These terms govern access to Prova and explain the core rules around accounts, billing, content, acceptable use, and service limitations.

1. Service description

Prova is a software product for marketers, agency operators, and advertising professionals using structured sprints, mentor chat, reviews, resources, and supporting workflows to help users adopt AI in practical operating contexts.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Prova may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in a way that materially harms the product, other users, or the platform operators.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

  • New accounts may receive a free trial period as described in the product.
  • Paid access is billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at checkout.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled.
  • You can cancel from settings or by using the billing tools provided through Stripe.
  • Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

4. AI and product limitations

Prova includes AI-generated responses, reviews, interpretations, and recommendations. These outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a specific workflow, client, team, market, or regulatory environment.

Prova is provided for educational and operational support purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide to Prova. You grant Prova a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content as needed to operate the product.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or enter into the product can be lawfully used by you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to produce harmful, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive material.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract system prompts, hidden instructions, or proprietary datasets.
  • Interfere with service reliability, rate limits, or security protections.
  • Share account access in a way that bypasses intended pricing or access controls.

7. Privacy

Use of Prova is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Prova is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Prova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.

9. Disputes and changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email.
